Viral Recipes To Try

I'm not the biggest cheerleader for social media, but I must admit, it’s my go to place for sniffing out delicious food ideas and recipes. I've dabbled with a few viral recipes that I absolutely recommend. Just a heads-up, though—I’m no Picasso with a camera, so don’t let my questionable photography skills scare you off! 😉

Pickle bread

If you're on the hunt for a low-carb bread alternative or just want a yummy snack, pickle bread is where it's at. It's super easy to whip up and tastes amazing. You can toss in whatever shredded cheese you've got and any kind of pickle you like. I baked mine in the oven, but feel free to use a toaster oven or air fryer. Check out this video to see how to make your soon-to-be favorite, pickle bread.

The Chaffle

I came across loads of videos on Facebook and Instagram about chaffles—those low-carb waffles made with just shredded cheese and an egg. I decided to give it a shot, and I was instantly obsessed. If you're on the hunt for a low-carb, gluten-free waffle option, you’ve gotta try this out. Chaffles are super versatile. You can whip up breakfast sandwiches with them or even use them as a hamburger bun substitute. Plus, my kids love them, which is always a bonus. Check out this video for the recipe and how to make a chaffle.
