• Completed a one year dietetic internship at NY-Presbyterian in Manhattan

• Certified insulin pump trainer for Medtronic, Omnipod and Tandem

• Professionally licensed and insured 

• Active and proud member of the American Diabetes Association, Association of Diabetes Care and Education and Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics

• Mom of 2 amazing children and 1 awesome fur child

• Amy was diagnosed with celiac disease (allergy to gluten) at the age of 30 and has been gluten free ever since

• Her hobbies include spending time with her family/friends, volunteering at her children's school, exercising, cooking, watching live music and cheering for her favorite teams (Go Giants, Knicks, Rutgers and Yankees!)
