High Protein Cheesecake

-gluten free
Ingredients:
2 cups of cottage cheese
1 cup of high protein vanilla Greek yogurt
3 eggs
1/2 cup of whipped cream cheese
1 tsp of vanilla extract
3 tbsp of corn starch
Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degreees
2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until smooth using a hand mixer or blender
3. Pour ingredients into a parchment lined baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes
4. Remove from oven and chill
5. Enjoy!
Makes about 6 generous servings. Top with berries for added fiber and fresh flavor.
