Another High Protein, 3 Ingredient Breakfast

No time for breakfast? Think again. You can have breakfast with 30 grams of protein and 400 calories in just seconds.

  1. 1 Oikos high protein vanilla yogurt

  2. 1/2 cup of oats

  3. 2 tbsp of peanut butter powder

Mix together in a bowl and enjoy! Can add a handful of berries for more fiber.
