
I am a huge fan and supporter of diaTribe. It is a fantastic resource packed with valuable insights for anyone living with/or without diabetes. As stated on their website, "diaTribe is committed to involving people with diabetes in discussions on regulatory matters, connecting the field with the diabetes community, and reshaping the narrative around diabetes." I subscribe to their newsletters, and today on one of the topics was intuitive eating. I strongly believe in intuitive eating for myself and recommend it to my clients.
