2 Ingredient Breakfast!


Short on time but need a protein packed breakfast? Try my 2 ingredient protein oatmeal. You can whip it up and be eating within minutes.


Recipe:

1/3 cup Bob's Red Mill protein oats, uncooked

1 scoop protein powder (my preference is Garden of Life but can be subbed for protein powder of your choice)

Add water to preferred consistency


Stir ingredients together. Microwave for 90 seconds or cook on stove top on low to medium for 5 minutes.

Add in toppers like blueberries or a tbsp of nut butter and enjoy!

310 calories

30 grams of protein

4 grams of fat
