Do You Want a 10 minute, 2 ingredient Low Carb Dinner?


Yes! Thanks to Trader Joe's, I was able to make an amazing, low carb and grain free meal in just about 10 minutes. The two main ingredients was one package of TJ's hearts of palm noodles and one package of frozen turkey bolognese. Each serving of noodles (3 servings/bag) has only 4 grams of carbs and 2 grams of fiber. They make a great low carb, grain free substitute for pasta. Each serving of turkey bolognese (3 servings per box) has only 6 grams of carbs and 9 grams of protein.






I sauteed the noodles in a large pot for about 3 minutes and added the frozen turkey bolognese to the noodles. Stirring just a few times, I had dinner in a flash. I added a few parmesan flakes and a dollop of pesto (all from Trader Joe's) but certainly not needed. I had leftovers for lunch. Two meals in 10 minutes! Thank you, Trader Joe's for this delicious meal!
